I hope I’m doing this right - don’t see a place to edit a prior comment, so I’m hoping that we just make a new comment?

@Jlswensen Not sure I do this the easiest or best way but if you hit the quote on your last comment it will paste into a new one. Then I delete the "quotes" and my user name, which gets rid of the gray color. Then I put in my new added comment. Definitely shorter amount of time spent then typing everything up again.

My name is Donna. I am 5’ 5” tall, 62 years old and from the Michigan USA. In 2016 I weighed 253 lbs. I am on a journey of health and to get back to the real me.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150’s

    Actual Ending Weight: xxxxx

**************************************ONE DAY, ONE STEP, ONE DECISION AT A TIME************************************

Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

03/04-193.0-(Trend Weight 193.1)- Glad to see the bloat gone, but it looks like I’ve got some work to do. I would say that this is my true weight and it is up from earlier in the week. I am pre-logging, sipping on my water and planning some indoor exercise today. I babysat DGS until about 11:30 pm last night. I managed to keep the diet good but no exercise as I don’t have 20 straight minutes for ANYTHING when he is here. My daughter doesn’t work today so the day BELONGS to ME! No excuses! I want to get back closer to the 180’s again. Oh, how I would love to scratch off another decade on the top of this post! I need the turquoise GONE and I need to be working down the green!

03/05-194.0-(Trend Weight 193.2)- My doctors would not be impressed. I can do better.

    I'll weigh again tomorrow.
I started back exercising night was supposed to waited until tomorrow but I was bored and I didn't want to start eating a habit I'm trying to get out of

Hi, everyone! I am a 45 year-old female. I am 5'4" married with four kids and a new full-time job since January. Physically, I am a two-time cancer survivor, I have Hypothyroidism, and Plantar Fasciitis. I struggle with planning meals, overindulging in carbs, not finding time to exercise, and being consistent, but I have a good heart and am always grateful for every moment I have, even the frustrated ones. Lol!

    My goals for March:
    ☘️C25K program 3x week - Walk 3xweek
    ☘️Strength Training 3x week
    ☘️ZUMBA Saturdays
☘️Pre-plan meals and log food everyday
    ☘️Take thyroid med everyday
    ☘️Increase Water Intake

    January starting weight: 189.4 lbs
    February starting weight: 187.3
    March starting weight: 192.1

    01: 192.1
02: 193.6 - Stress eating due to feeling out of control and overwhelmed after husband's cervical surgery.
    03: 192.1
04: 190.7 - Looking forward to Zumba class today to shake out the stress.
    05: 191.6
06: 192.5 - Most likely water retention from sodium and my training. Not gonna stress.

Good morning all! Is it too late to join?

    SW: 300 lb
    Next GW: 180 lb
    CW: 197.8 lb
I update weight whenever I lose.

My name is Linda. I'm 5'7" and have been on this journey for a long time. I have PCOS and it took me a long time to figure out what works for me, what doesn't, and what kind of boundaries I need around food in order to stick to my goals. Too many yo-yo weigh ins, a pregnancy, moving hundreds of miles, and life just kind of happens. I'm finally getting close to my real goals! I've managed to set really firm boundaries that I think I can live with long term and I've not had a single day off those boundaries since January 1. Thankfully, those firm boundaries have plenty of room for my crazy life.

This our new puppy, Nova. ⭐️
She’s sweet, energetic, loves naps, love to be outside playing in the snow. It’s so nice.. and a bit exhausting…to have a fur baby in the house again.

    She's so cute 🥰 I love dogs.
