96/4 smash burger, two 3 oz patties, with reduced fat provolone on a brioche bun. added raw onion and pickles, sugar free ketchup and some light mayo, was in heaven!! 51g of protein.2

Monday - breakfast - French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon
Tuesday - soy chicken with buttered noodles
Wednesday - spaghetti with side salad
Thursday - ham and fries
Friday - ground hamburger with rice and sautéed mushrooms

8 oz baked firm tofu cut into cubes (sprinkled garlic powder and black pepper after using olive oil spray) and 8 slices baked eggplant (sprayed with olive oil spray and garlic powder) and 3 Kim's Magic pops. I eat tofu every night with some kind of veggie. Sometimes 2 raw carrots or sliced canned no salt beats with cider vinegar. Usually don't cook for supper. I enjoy the baked tofu and make 5 batches and it is ready in the fridge.4

Totally simple: starchy potatoe mash with an equal amount of sauerkraut and a very bit handful of raisins with German ham hock (Eisbein).2

I made sayur urap, a Balinese dish consisting of vegetables, a super fragrant bumbu (wet spice mix) made from scratch and tons of coconut. Served it with white rice and chicken/pork leftovers as a main dish rather than a salad. It's super tasty. Though I should have cooked it during the weekend as there were just so many steps in this recipes that my dinner was more than an hour late today.1
