This is an old thread and the OP hasn't logged in for 2 years. So probably won't be answering, however, it's a great thread to read through.2

I agree. It has encouraged me to up my game in the abs department. I do 5x5 weightlifting, and have a beautiful 6-pack under a few inches of fat. I just have to drop my body fat percentage to show off. Easier said than done, and at 60 years old, harder than I want it to be, but I think I can do it. We'll see.1
