One of my favourite childhood memories was making sandcastles with my grandfather, until my grandma took the urn off me.

If you worry about having enough money to pay bills you probably arent poor. Being truly poor is when you wish you had bills to worry about.

Do they still work that way? I would’ve thought in the 20 years since I’ve been to one that the technology would have changed

Well it comes out of the machine all helter skelter. WTH. Sad part is…not even my money. I was cashing a check for one of my kids. I should at least take a service fee. Or straightening fee.

I hope you got all the contaminants off.

Love how MFP has the time and ability to close down threads but can’t seem to fix all the glitches.
I pay for this ****, make it work!

When I was a kid most of my friends lived in my neighborhood and we all went to the same elementary.
We would have many slumber parties.
That was a big thing for girls to do back then.
First girl to fall asleep got her bra frozen.
In my group of friends there was one girl who had a kinda rough home-life.
Dad in jail, mom overworked, lots of siblings getting pregnant etc..
Anyway, every time we had a slumber party we would end up spending copious amount of time trying to talk this girl out of the locked bathroom or get her to stop crying or some other catastrophe.
She always managed to be the
    center of attention.

    Story over

disclaimer: does not apply to all families

If you’re the smartest person in your family, be careful.
Once they realize that they’ll expect you to solve all their problems.

I'm not the smartest, I still feel honoured when someone in my family asks for my opinion. Especially my children, I want them to surpass me in every way possible. If they are better people than me there is hope!
