    Today is the first time in a really long time I noticed an improvement in my stamina during a group setting. I can tell when I do things alone. But for some reason I never can tell in a group. I always feel like I’m dying. With the setbacks I’ve had it’s been hard to keep momentum going. The will is there but when you have to stop or slow down you lose a little progress. I went almost 12 hours later in the day than I normally do. I don’t feel the greatest today. And somehow it was amazing.

    I lost 2.2 lbs. with thorough tracking so I'm so happy for my first week May challenge.

    I finally got my pension check and am getting more than I expected. Now I can start planning some much needed travel.
