    Back where I started and going the wrong way on a slippery slope. This crap stops now. Enough with the emotional eating b/c my Curves closed. Time to get over it and move on, forward, and back up that dang slope.

    Wow...this has been a rough month...but I have to keep telling myself..a loss is a loss. We went to Greenville NC last weekend... ughhh...food but many calories....the fact that I pulled off any loss after the lbs put on last weekend...thank goodness
