Hi I’m Helen,
I’m hoping to lose 140 lbs, but I have MS and my ability to exercise is limited, so I guess my calorie deficit will be 1,200 per day. I have recently taken up Qi Gong and do a little yoga. I put on weight over the past year or two and can feel it becoming a problem if I don’t keep it in check now. Cravings are my biggest concern. Any tips would be greatly appreciated ,

Hi Helen! I'm also looking to lose 100+lbs. Cravings and eating in bulk are some of my bigger issues, especially because I come from a long line of food lovers and bakers. I'd be interested in being friends and sharing tips and tricks
