06/01-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- The movie was great (The Little Mermaid). The new theater was wonderful. It was a 75 mile drive to the theater each way. Lots of sitting and lots of food. Three full meals and a snack. None of the food was within plan. My pants are tight and I donβt want to know until tomorrow.

I had a long trip in May, so I wasn't able to keep track of weight or calories during that time, but that should be more of a possibility now. Fortunately, I only gained a pound or so. I don't really think that eating habits will help with all the mental health conditions I've been overwhelmed with, but it definitely helps me with a sort of sense of control.

Hiya all, I'm Rowan. My weight has been up, down, and all over the place over the last 10 years. I gained loads during the pandemic then managed to lose over 40lbs in 2021. I regained 26lbs in 2022 by taking my eye off the ball, it really doesn't take much for me to gain weight! So back again, working on getting back to a healthy weight and building my strength and fitness.
Ideally I'd like to be below 130lbs as that was my weight in 2015 and I felt good, but I'm a lot older now and it's hard!
I'm on holiday for the last 2 weigh ins of this challenge, so my goal is for 21st June as my end of challenge weight. I'll weigh on 1st July, but fully expect to be back up a few pounds after 9 days of holiday food and drink.

Heck yeah why not give this a go. Hi all, I started the year at 276 lbs, currently 209. I've been losing about 2 lbs per week pretty consistently so I'll aim for about the same this month. It's an aggressive goal so I won't be too broken up if I don't hit it.

Restarted my journey back to healthier living in April 2023 at the heaviest I've ever been. I still have a long way to go, but have broken my goals down into 10lbs segments, so that it doesn't feel quite so overwhelming. I also try to focus on my weekly losses and how they've gradually added up cumulatively, rather than look at what I still have left to lose.
Hopefully, we can all leave June a little lighter!

Not sure how accurate weigh-in is today! My battery died on the scale I've been using for the past couple of months, and I had to order a new battery. I used a very similar scale that I have in the bathroom, and it read a little bit lower than I was expecting. I think it's normal to think the scale is lying, haha. I'm going to do a re-weigh on both when I get my battery. Other than that, nothing too exciting going on! Let's make June a good one everyone!8 -

Heaviest I have been in 25 years following knee replacement surgery and significantly reduced ability to return to walking and exercise (for now π). Also, mentally challenging and led to bingeing.
I like weighing in weekly as opposed to daily and hope to see a downward trend this month.8 -

Iβm a 48 year old female. Iβm a mom and work a very sedentary job. I had a Roux-en-y gastric bypass in 2004 going from 310lbs to 145lbs in less than a year. Since then, Iβve had two kids and my weight fluctuates. My knees and back hurt all the time. I want to lose weight for my health, relieve my pain, and letβs face be honest I want to be skinny! Iβm tired of being fat. My hubby and I are taking a trip to the beach at the end of July for our anniversary, and I want to wear a two piece swimsuit.
My coworkers and I were supposed to do this together, but I think theyβve all fallen off the wagon. I need help to stay on track.

Total loss for June Scale is moving down a little bit, and it will take a while for the ten-day average to catch up. I will be more successful in June than I was in May, but only if I actually do what I know I have to do to succeed. Stay tuned to see if it actually happens.
It's been a weird year so far. I got down below the bottom of my maintenance range and then went on a 23-day raft trip where I just plain ate too much and I knew it. I was pretty active, but my pants did get tighter..... And when I got home and was not as active, my eating didn't quite catch back up (down) with my activity level.
It's time for a change! I can do it, but I have to make it happen. Nobody else can hold me accountable; only myself. I will, once again, revisit my goals to make sure they are sensible, but I think they are. So as usual, I'm a work in progress. I hope next time I show a chart like this it will be flat-lining near my maintenance weight.5 -
