Congratulations! This is my first time using the app. Logged in 101 consecutive days. Lost 31 pounds. Thatβs amazing as I have needed 3 rounds of steroids in that time due to autoimmune issues. Really liking this app.1

1219 days. I've been here since 2011. Although, I no longer count calories. I do daily fasting instead. I still log all food for the nutrition info. I also log my weight daily. π0

My current streak is 344. Today is my 7th anniversary, and I've lost 62 pounds. Slow and steady. It really does help to use myfitnesspal. It makes me more aware of what I'm eating and the decisions I'm making. I'm 76, so it even works for us "young" seniors with slowing metabolisms!0

3198 as of today and it has been instrumental in making me accountable daily, in helping me to choose my foods and beverages wisely, in making sure I get the right balance of macros, and in my thereby losing 109 lbs. gradually over the years. Thank you for making this app available.
Also very helpful was reading and following The Petite Advantage Diet by Jim Karas for women under 5'4" for several 3-week cycles as needed.0 -

My streak is 6 days. I was wondering, if you forget a day, will it automatically return to 0? Or can you "freeze" your streak?1

Made this earlier. Laughed a little too hard while doing it, after which I grieved the loss of our newsfeed. RIP, MFP π
