Happy weigh-in day people. Hope you all do better than me - gain of 3lbs over the week and I tried so darn hard ..... Am just going to go and have a little cry about the weight I put on overnight!0

I'm almost in shock about my weight this week. I did very well with my food the whole week and was very proud, though I definitely didn't get in as much exercise as I'd have liked. Until yesterday... without going into too much detail yesterday was just one of those very very bad days and I self-medicated with food, I ate over my daily calorie limits in ice cream ALONE. Hopefully I won't be temped to do that again, even as I was chowing down I realized it wasn't helping me feel better at all. Anyway, I expected to be up this week thanks to last night's horrible sodium and fat laden binge but strangely enough, I woke up .2lbs lighter than the day before. I'm not going to question it, I'm just thankful I didn't sabotage my week's progress with an unthinking comfort binge!

This week has been tough for me. I lost almost 20lbs up to August this year, but then life got a bit cruddy for a while, and I gained almost 10lbs So I have knocked 1lb off what I have gained, but really struggled this week to get back on track, mainly down to the fact that it was the end of the month and money was bit tight and I couldnt afford to get all my diety food in! But this week is a new week and I have stocked up on all my healthy stuff, and will also remember to increase my water intake as that always helps me the first few weeks of being back on a diet.0 -
