    NWG (non weight goal)- To be healthy again (and lowe my cholesterol to a healthy level). A month ago I quit smoking, I became a vegitarian, and committed myself more to exercising (4-5 times a week of cardio, I'm now ready to add strength training to my work outs). I've already noticed how much better I feel by exchanging some bad habits with good ones.

    Hey groupies!
    So, I'm taking this thing seriously! My husband was instructed to wake me up at 5am so I could get to the gym before heading off to work. I did it! It was terrible and fabulous. 45 minutes on the elliptical and a quick 20 minute dog walk when I got home.
    Packing my lunch so I can eat in my classroom and not be lured into the workroom for cookies (they always have cookies!!!)

    Wow, that's dedication! I love working out but could never do it in the morning! I have to be at work at 7:30 (30 minute drive) & I am NOT a morning person! I am a teacher, too! I teach 5th grade. There always seems to be treats everywhere...other teachers brung chocolate to meetings & it is hard to resist, but I have so far!

    What state are you in? I admire elementary teachers - all day in one classroom with the same kids. I don't think I could do it. I love my middle schoolers! I understand about not getting up in the morning to work out. If I don't, it will NOT happen. When I'm finished with school, I crash. Oh well....we'll see if I can do it tomorrow. :) Talk to you soon,

    Is this weird or what?? My non weight goal is to fit into a pair of size 12 jeans by the end of this. Yesterday I tried on an old pair of jeans, and yes they are a little worn at the seams and they are strech, but they are 12s and they fit even though snug. My goal is still the same to fit into a pair a 12s. Just now I would like them to be on the loose side.

    Im in, maybe my weight will get back to what it was by Sunday. I think it is my time of the month so in three days for o reason I've gained 5lbs :( Still down 40 so all is good. I think for my goal I might give up soda to 3x a week. Not once or twice a day.

    Goal weight- I'm there. My original goal was 140. I really want to be at a lower Body Fat, currently 27%. Would like to be at 19-20% by Christmas. I will probably see my weight go up to 145 as my body fat comes down. I would love to be in a comfy 2, vain I know. Currently in between 3/4 and 5/6. Too tight or too lose.
    To exercise for at least 15 minutes each day, working 15 hour days is a bummer and really cuts into my exercising. No more execuses!

    You should have a starting date (today) and you have your weigh in days listed under week 1 (09/25) , week (10/1) etc... Just copy your last one and add your new weight to the current week. Good Luck everyone!
