    Fine, guess I'll post today, I feel all pressured and stuff. I've been weighing in every Wednesday and was going to wait until my typical weigh-in day but now everyone's posting so I might as well jump on the bandwagon! I just won't change my ticker until Wednesdays. My weight right now is a little off thanks to Aunt Flow ;-)

    I'm in! I did so good when I first started MFP, but "lost track" during Summer. I'm ready to commit again and need some support so I'm thankful I found this challenge.

    NWG (non weight goal)- My Halloween challenge requires a 100 miles. So by Christmas I should be able to do 200 miles. I also would like to be back into a size 12. Not sure if 180 lbs. will get me there. But I solid 14 would be an improvement too : )

    I suppose I will join this group to give me more motivation to stick more strictly to my calorie and exercise goals - ever time I go out of town to visit family, I end up overeating when we go to a restaurant or something and I have a couple of pounds to lose back down when we get home. Time to be able to limit myself no matter what in order to hit my goal or beyond.
