Fine, guess I'll post today, I feel all pressured and stuff. I've been weighing in every Wednesday and was going to wait until my typical weigh-in day but now everyone's posting so I might as well jump on the bandwagon! I just won't change my ticker until Wednesdays. My weight right now is a little off thanks to Aunt Flow ;-)

NWG (non weight goal)- My Halloween challenge requires a 100 miles. So by Christmas I should be able to do 200 miles. I also would like to be back into a size 12. Not sure if 180 lbs. will get me there. But I solid 14 would be an improvement too : )0 -
I suppose I will join this group to give me more motivation to stick more strictly to my calorie and exercise goals - ever time I go out of town to visit family, I end up overeating when we go to a restaurant or something and I have a couple of pounds to lose back down when we get home. Time to be able to limit myself no matter what in order to hit my goal or beyond.

You got it, just quote your old post or however you feel its easy for you. What I do, I save mine as a text file on my computer, then each week, I open it, save my info, and copy and paste on here. That works too, so you don't have to find your post.0 -
