  • I'd love to join as well! I'll be back in the morning to weigh in. I am getting a tattoo on my rib cage at Christmas so I'd like to get my stomach area looking as good as possible so I can show it off.

    I love that it is not simply a wt goal, the NWGs are very important and help lead to wt loss. Thanks so much!

For those that aren't quite sure how to get this started, simply either copy/paste the chart or you could even "cheat" and quote someone else's chart and just insert your info, simple as that.   • First group for me, nervously counting myself in! Hopefully this will give the motivation to do what I haven't managed to do by myself so far! If anyone wants to add me the support would be more than welcome (and mutual!) Have my wedding next year but hopefully a nearer target will keep me focussed in the short-term!
