Is this weird or what?? My non weight goal is to fit into a pair of size 12 jeans by the end of this. Yesterday I tried on an old pair of jeans, and yes they are a little worn at the seams and they are strech, but they are 12s and they fit even though snug. My goal is still the same to fit into a pair a 12s. Just now I would like them to be on the loose side.

Just thought I would share. Have a good day everyone.

    That's wonderful, great job!

Hey everyone! I'd like to start posting on here In Between the Weigh in's so we can keep up the motivation together!

I have been struggling lately with NOT ordering out, and NOT binging! I can definitely use you all to help to slowly and CONSISTENTLY lose this weight. I have the most difficult time sustaining the motivation.

What state are you in? I admire elementary teachers - all day in one classroom with the same kids. I don't think I could do it. I love my middle schoolers! I understand about not getting up in the morning to work out. If I don't, it will NOT happen. When I'm finished with school, I crash. Oh well....we'll see if I can do it tomorrow. :) Talk to you soon,
    RP
I'm in KY! Where are you & what subject do you teach? My husband teaches high school so between us we have lots of stories, haha :) I like having the same kids all day for the most part, but it is hard to teach every single subject because it takes a lot of planning! I like the older kids though...I don't think I'd have the patience for the little ones! I

I miss eating out, too. I love restaurant food. After work & working out, I never feel like cooking! I've found that it gets easier over time once I've gotten used to it, though. I still let myself eat out once a week & I just make a heathier choice & only allow myself to eat 1 roll/breadstick :) as long as you work out to earn the extra calories, it shouldn't hurt too much! :)

Thanks for the "light at the end of the tunnel"... i think the hardest part is just BREAKING the habit! The bad habit has just carried on too long. Eating out 1x a week is a great cheat, I''ve been just letting it be the majority of the time and that really needs to end. Bad on the bank and bad on the belly lol.

  • So glad I joined this Challenge. I wrote about this in my blog today, but I might have to have surgery right before Christmas, so I am motivated more than ever to be successful. If I have the surgery, I won't be able to work out using my feet for at least 3 weeks. Can hardly wait till Sunday to post my first week results.

I lost 22 lbs between April-Oct last year. I gained 20 lbs back & I am so disgusted with myself...but, I've done it before, I hope I can do it again!

At my highest I was 335 . Got down to 300 and hovered around there for years. mostly going up and back down to 300 and have since last summer dropped to 234, it is possible! you CAN DO IT!!! From being larger, I love that I can now cross my legs when I sit down. It may be small to others but I can not remember the last time I could do that. :) I know you can get there!
