I actually made a list exactly like this but I started on 9/20.
My goal is to lose 2 lbs for each of the first two weeks, and then 1.5 pounds every week after.
Excited that other people have the same idea!0 -
I've actually been weighing myself on tuesdays, and I hope it's okay I stick with that. I'll just have to update the spreadsheet 2 days after everybody else!
and my other goal is to fit into my jeans that are at the bottom of my pile because they don't fit!0 -

I am glad that it is not too late to join! I actually set up my own goal counter on the fridge so that anytime I am tempted to reach for any extra food, I will see it. I will add myself on the google doc when I get home.
Thanks for the challenge as I know it will be a great motivator!

Wow, you are all so skinny! Take it from me--you really, really seem so skinny to me. I just started and just weighed in the start of the week so this is a perfect time for time to start a challenge. I hope you don't mind me joining a little late and a LOT bigger than you all.
Goal weight after 14 weeks-- Keeping it simple for now, just 2 lbs a week, so 307 by Christmas!
NWG- To be consistent with my calorie tracking and make it a habit!

I hope I'm not too late
My September challenge is ending and I could really use a longer term challenge to keep me going through the holidays! I'm getting close to my goal weight so even though my goal is very minimal compared to some, it may be a bit more than I can reach, but if I stick through it I may be able to hit the top of my goal weight range by Christmas! Going to do my best, I have an anniversary coming in a week and a vacation mid-November, I want to look good in those pics :smokin:

I am in the same boat, as Im sure so many are, I have SO much going on that if I dont get a workout in in the morning, I come up with too many excuses and half the time eat a bad meal or skip my workout! We can help keep each other on track!0 -

Also I was thinking, unless you guys want to, just post your results to the spreadsheet....no need to post on here with that chart I created at the beginning....I wasn't sure how to do the spreadsheet til I googled it, lol. :laugh: I love how everyone is communicating and giving all the support and motivation! I've joined too. I hate exercising, so two to three times a week of moving around for thirty minutes to an hour is my nwg. I want to be under 200 for my Christmas weight goal.0

I had a good weigh in this morning (I weigh every single morning...can't help myself!), and officially surpassed my pre-pregnancy weight! So I'm hoping it sticks for Sunday! I set my goal REALLY ambitious & I would have to lose 2 lbs each week to meet it, while I've only been losing an avg of 1.5 a week...but I really want to set the bar high!
Lately, I've only been going to the gym when I have zumba (4x a week) & take off Sunday, Tuesday & Friday, but I went to the gym after work today knowing that I want to be DOWN as far as possible on Sunday! I want to see a # in the 170s so badly...I haven't seen that since early in college!!

hb-Today didn't go as well as I was planning. I was suppose to work today, but instead took my little guy to daycare and came back home and went back to bed. I was sick with an upset stomach all night and morning and when I did eat, it wasn't much. My tummy wasn't too happy with me when i ate lunch but it was sooooo good, ugh. Oh well, tomorrow's a new day.
Hope everyone else is having a better day! Who's all ready for the weekend? I am!!! We're going to go walk our puppy this weekend and enjoy the nice weather!0 -
