Hello all joining in challenge. I find them very motivational. Stepped away for a long time. I gained 11 back Since last year.I ended at 129.2lbs.I maintained Range 138.0-140.2 one year. Even though I would gain some then lose some. I mean that's what maintaining is. I learned a lot along the way. Working to make goal this month : ).

Being perimenopause is no fun. Started my periods and I am hungry and tired most times. Exercising doesnโt feel the same - low energy and I am sticking to it because I need toโฆ. Not that I am enjoying it. But โฆ getting though this for sure! Letโs go ! Hugs to you all. Lost a pound last week! Go us!!

Not sure why Iโm showing a gain. I know itโs only 0.2, but I have been meticulous about logging and have worked out even when I didnโt feel like it putting everything I have into it. This week I'm up 0.3lbs from last week, but still 4.4lbs down from the start of June. I know exactly what I've done this week to be here and so I'm not upset or shocked. My watch broke - and the motivation to workout went along with it lol. I've also been enjoying the weather a little too much, enjoying outdoor dinners with the family.
So, head down for next week. Need to ensure that I am being true to my intermittent fasting to get the most out of it. Need to make sure I am being active throughout the week. My watch should arrive this week too and hopefully my motivation comes in the same package.

Hiya all, I'm Rowan. My weight has been up, down, and all over the place over the last 10 years. I gained loads during the pandemic then managed to lose over 40lbs in 2021. I regained 26lbs in 2022 by taking my eye off the ball, it really doesn't take much for me to gain weight! So back again, working on getting back to a healthy weight and building my strength and fitness.
Ideally I'd like to be below 130lbs as that was my weight in 2015 and I felt good, but I'm a lot older now and it's hard!
I'm on holiday for the last 2 weigh ins of this challenge, so my goal is for 21st June as my end of challenge weight. I'll weigh on 1st July, but fully expect to be back up a few pounds after 9 days of holiday food and drink.
