71+ US female, on this journey with all of you. Slow and steady wins the race and all that. Have had a terrible cold the last couple of days. Put in yesterday's weight because I'd already started hydrating big time when I got up with green tea, water, etc. and forgot to weigh.

I have been in my Ultimate Goal Range before but was much more active with boxing almost every day along with walking a dog. I relocated for a new job which turned out to be a nightmare and there isn't a boxing gym even close so struggle to get the intense level of exercise I had before.

I might not of lost much this week but being able to swim for 30 minutes continuously is a major accomplishment and running for longer amounts. Very proud of myself.

Not sure why Iโm showing a gain. I know itโs only 0.2, but I have been meticulous about logging and have worked out even when I didnโt feel like it putting everything I have into it. That should be a lossโฆ Iโm getting real tired of this! All I want to do is break 190, and I canโt! I havenโt been able to do it in over 5 years! So flippinโ irritating!๐ก
@doironwendy Hang in there! You are already down 3 pounds this month. We all know that weight loss is not linear and there are fluctuations from day to day. You are doing great and I'm impressed and inspired by your progress so far this month!5 -

06/01-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)-
06/08-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- My out-of-town cardiology appointment went very well yesterday. I donโt have to go back for awhile. I had a Very high carb and calorie dinner yesterday while in the city. Bad snacks last night that I should not have brought home. My elastic waist shorts are rolling down which means I need the next size up again - that clothing which has been painstakingly stored upstairs. It was a lot of work sorting all the clothing in April. I will not be going up and dragging any back down! I am happy that I should be home the next couple of days to get back on track and back to routine. I have been traveling quite a bit lately which is never good for me. I didnโt weigh in today. I already know that I need to get back on course. But I did need to face and speak my situation truths so here I am โ bursting at the seams.
06/15-196.4-(Trend Weight: 195.8)- Amazing that I can gain 2 ยฝ lbs just from eating Pizza at a family outing at the pizzeria. But sometimes I can drop one or even (occasionally) 2 pounds overnight if itโs just water retention. But I donโt have the waterpill anymore to help so hopefully the old ticker can push it all through in the next day or two. Iโm planning lots of water today and an especially low carb menu for the day.

Total loss for June I have at least, once again, slowed/stopped the gain and am working on maintaining or losing a little more. I did have three days that were pretty far UP this week, and that is making the average weight not really show the trend. That's OK. I know I can do it.

Not sure I actually gained that much, but will need to stick to meal plan better and get more PA in to turn things around. Not easy with many days and nights away from home for work. But keeping track keeps me on in it. Let's go!6 -
