Thanks Karen! I hope you enjoyed your 2 days off and are back on track.
I assume you are having success with fasting.

06/06-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I didn’t weigh this morning because I can feel the bloat and tightness after my all day travel yesterday and my Thai food for lunch and leftovers for a late dinner. I know I am up from last week, I have been weighing in all week and it has been nothing to brag about. I’ve got to do better. Clothing is feeling tight.

06/13-195.4-(Trend Weight: 196.0)- Up from my last weigh-in but down from some weigh-in’s this week. That’s the definition of truly up & down. I know I need to refocus. I’ve all but given up on exercise this past month. Laziness. In a funk. Tired and Weary. All of the above!

    Highest weight: 131.6 (Feb 2022)
    Goal weight: 120

    5/3 128.9
    5/8 128.4 (-0.5 lbs)

    5/24 128 (-0.3 lbs)

    6/6 126.2 (-1.0 lbs)
    6/14 124.9 (-1.3 lbs)

Pleasantly surprised at this weeks loss. I think the HIIT and the increase in protein may be doing the trick. Leaving tomorrow for vacation, hopefully I won't do too much damage.

@Sistersue3285 Great work- looks like you found some strategies that work for you!
@deepwoodslady and @ginlee61 Thanks for your well wishes. Today, I had the most beautiful bowl of fruit- papaya, pineapple, watermelon, and chia seeds. I also swam laps in a pool.
@frankwbrown You are hovering in the 230s and that is awesome!
@deepwoodslady Love how you see the positive- trend weight is good. Let's see some fuchsia pink fonts soon! I know it can happen <3
