We are heading on a vacation tomorrow. I plan on choosing healthy foods from the menus. We cooked several days this week- doctor's orders. She said no more eating out - cook healthy foods.
We plan on walking on the beach each morning. Reading books by the pool. I just want a relaxing, healthy vacation.

Finally going down. I'm losing about 1/2lb a day. I think it is because I'm eating very small breakfasts( sometimes skip breakfast)and lunches on days I work. When I get home I'm tired so eat small dinner also. I also stopped snacking after dinner.
Hope I can keep this up but I do need to eat a better lunch to keep up my energy at work.6 -
