I know everyone talks about how much weight they have lost but before you get there what was the little things you noticed in your weightloss?
Like for me Just seeing how much my watch on my wrist now is slack and isn't tight to me. Just slowly going down the holes. Also how my rings fit better on my fingers.
Just all the little things are nice to see. What was yours?

I lost weight sooo slowly, I really didn’t notice my weight loss until I seen my collar bones one day. They were hiding under chest fat apparently and I’d forgotten I even had those bones lol6

Taking less medicines (Advil/Tylenol), sitting down and bending over to tie my shoes without holding my breath, wife tells me I do not snore anymore (or very seldom do), seeing my collar bone and just shape in general (besides round), ring feels better / not tight, not feeling the need to eat out of habit like I used to.6

No longer being out of breath while tying my shoes5

Crossing my legs when I was sitting was more comfortable.4

It got harder to shave my armpits and my legs; more definition = more curves to navigate.
My bellybutton changed shape. And is still changing; I'm still not used to that one.3 -
Seatbelts. Last two times I flew I had to ask for a seatbelt extender. I was embarassed so I bought my own last year. I flew 2 weeks ago, left the extender at home and had belt to spare!
Same for my buddy's Jeep Cherokee. I couldn't buckle the belt last summer when I rode with him. Got in a week ago for the first time in months and just got in like a normal person.6 -
