I was away for the week of June 22nd and will fly out again tomorrow. It does not look like I will make goal of 196.2lbs by the end of June, but I am actually very happy with myself. Did not gain while away last week (that's huge especially because I couldn't weigh the food and had to estimate my calories), and I have lost 5lbs for the month (officially in Onederland)4 -

Hello all joining in challenge. I find them very motivational. Stepped away for a long time. I gained 11 back Since last year.I ended at 129.2lbs.I maintained Range 138.0-140.2 one year. Even though I would gain some then lose some. I mean that's what maintaining is. I learned a lot along the way. Working to make goal this month : ).

06/22-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- Flew out the door with a ton of coffee in my belly before I could weigh this morning. Truck repairs out-of-town are now2 complete along with oil change/tire rotation and recall repairs. Next week the other vehicle will get done. This has not been a good month although Iβve tried harder this week than any other week (until todayβs travel and restaurants.) Getting back in the groove though. \

Total loss for June Posting a day early as it's the last day of the month, so why not? I'm happy to report losing about 2.5 pounds this month. Yay! I still need to drop several more pounds before I'm truly back in my goal range, but I'm still considering this maintenance. Just moving very slowly back into that ten-pound range, and that range is probably lower than it should even be. I'm fine right where I'm at, but will be better when I lose three to eight last difficult pounds.

Well not quite what I was aiming for but I'm happy with it. I started jogging around mid June and for some reason it's really stalled the weight loss. But the overall goal is better health so I'll take it if it means my heart is getting healthy exercise.

I'm Chris - 73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
