15 pounds to lose challenge- May 1, 2023- July 31, 2023

    Hi! My weight went up and down these last three months.
    In May- Highest weight: 207 lbs.
    Today's weight: 201 lbs.

    So, I lost 6 pounds but need to lose much more.
    I'm satisfied because my activity level improved greatly. We tried to exercise or move every day.
    We rode bikes, hiked on trails, swamp laps in the city pool, and even played pickle ball (our first time). Tomorrow, I'll go to yoga for the first time in a year.

    Now, this next challenge I must match my enthusiasm for exercise with eating healthier.

    We have cooked at home a lot more as well. Trying to make simple, healthy meals and not eat out.
    Our wine intake did not help. Such wasted sugary calories!
