Hey all! I'm a mom and I teach cycle, kettlebells, and a special program for postpartum women called Mommy & Me. I love group fitness classes. I'm looking to learn a bit more about my eating habits to help support my training right now so that's why I'm here. I'm a kickboxing instructor and instruct 3 classes a week since 1998. Honestly, I just make sure I hit my macros/micro nutrients and stay within calorie deficit. I do eat a lot of whole foods and do all the cooking. However I do eat out at least 2 times a week and it does involve junk/fast foods. Moderation is the key for me.
