First day in this platform

Hello everyone I’m new to this program and my plan is to reduce cholesterol and burn fats from belly and west line area and also to maintain healthy lifestyle please share your thoughts and suggestions

    Just started the program myself. After a 4 yr hiatus from watching my diet and working out, I started back two weeks ago. I've focused on reducing calories, but incorporating exercise as well My goal is an hour of exercise a day, although most days, I have been exercising around 30 minutes. Still, I have in two weeks lost nearly 9 lbs--granted it is mostly water weight, and worse, most of it went in the first 5 days. Anyway, I have realized that the exercise does actually quell my apetite, and makes it easier to keep to my diet. Again, my diet is focused on reducing carbs, and trying to be heart healthy. Good luck
