I'm 11 pounds away from being under 200. I haven't been under 200 since I was 13. I'm really excited lol.21

I want to get under 200lbs before the start of ski season around Thanksgiving time. I'm currently just under 210lb. It will make getting around the slopes as a patroller a lot easier.13

Mini goal is to stick with HIIT exercises once per day. Following a 30day program, and half way now. Mini goal is to complete it and lose 1 lb while strengthening core stomach muscles.

I've started a new group....50 DAYS to Fright Night...COUCH to 2.5 Hours per Week. You'll find it under Social Groups. @takinitalloff has been kind enough to check it out and is now my accountability buddy. 😊 It's a Beginners Walking Program for everyone who wants to start a regular practise or those who already walk but would like to stay motivated to keep going with a simple strategy. Sometimes our exercise becomes stale and dialing it back to the beginning is just what we need to help us appreciate the basics. Its a six week program with WEEK ONE already complete.... a great time to follow along at the beginning (while taking a peek ahead at what we are doing this week). If you start Monday, September 18th you'll finish in time for Halloween 🎃. It's non threatening, it's fun, it's supportive and most importantly....it's NOT a Challenge. My mini goal is to continue the accountability group.8

My ultimate goal is to log for 365 days which will take me to 24th Jul 2024, and hopefully lose 104lbs during that time. My first mini goal is to weigh what I did when I came out of the hospital on 29th September 21. I am 1lb away (27 lbs in 57 days) Goal number 2, is to lose a further 28 lbs to take me to where I was 0n 21st December 21 before I gave up smoking.7

Similar goal here, I've been an 8 and loved it working towards a comfortable 10 tall for now.5 -
I just had my 44th birthday and weighed in at 215lbs - my heaviest ever! So back to regular tracking because that has worked for me in the past. Right now my mini goal is for the end of September - 210lbs by Sept. 30, daily food tracking, and no alcohol!

Stay under calorie goal this week.7
-
Aiming for the 5 week estimate of predicted weight shown in the app if I continue eating as well as I did on that day. I think, I can do this!!7

To get below 109kg then below 105 kg (I have a celebration planned). For the sides of my jacket to sit together, parallel across my stomach so I can zip it up effortlessly. I can already zip it up, but there's like a two inch gap. To get over my bronchitis and get into the gym!8

Loose 4kg in 35 days from now, I’m breastfeeding mom and gained about 12 kg in pregnanc🥹5

Mini goals for this week: Stay under calorie goals for whole week, log for whole week, stick to my eating goal for the week. I took something of a hiatus. Gained about 15 pounds back but that was over several months of high stress so I am actually not too displeased. So, those mini goals will help me get back on track!7

Current mini goaL is to be healthier for my Japan trip in the spring.
lol right? But yes, I'm working a two-phase goal of the same kind. South Carolina in November, then
Costa Rica in November 2024.
I want to be able to explore and have the health and energy to enjoy myself.
18 lbs down so far (a loooong way to go lol, but I'm okay with that).7 -

1. To be able to keep up with with my son when he starts running around at the park (he's 4 months)
2. To have my wedding/engagement ring fit again lol
Good goals. Be kind to yourself - your body has just done some amazing stuff. You'll get there!9
