Two years ago when I joined this challenge, I weighed 164.2 pounds, 30 more than where I am today. A year ago I weighed 131.6 pounds, 2.4 pounds less than what I weighed in at this morning. I'm within my goal range of being under my ultimate goal weight of 135, but would like to get back to being at the lower end of my range. I have a full week of social activities with out of town friends and family coming to stay with us for a week mid-October so I'm keeping my eye on my ultimate goal - maintenance!9 -

10/01-187.2-(Trend Weight: 189.2)- It was a good day yesterday. Diet, Exercise, Water and Potty all came together as it should so there was a nice drop on the scale and on my trend weight. I wish everyday went as smoothly. Good luck everyone this round. We can do this, even with all the candy dishes in October!
