Did anyone else change hotels this morning after living out of a suitcase at a terrible another hotel for two days?

Didn't I just learn an interesting bit of trivia about the Appalachian Trail?
Are you aware the Appalachian Trail is over 2,000 miles long?
Did you know one of the trail traditions is to eat a half gallon of ice cream at the midpoint?
Hmm, can I just start there? 🤔

Did you learn that courtesy of Google’s Appalachian Trail themed logo?

Isn’t it nice it became a tradition? Otherwise, wouldn’t it be weird for the one person who was known for eating a half gallon of ice cream half way through?

Do you think there’s an ice cream cart there or do they pack it a cooler and carry it for 1,000 miles first?

Don't I imagine a clever ice cream vendor at the midway point near the trail alerted all travelers that there was indeed a tradition of eating a half gallon of ice cream at that point? And who's going to argue?

Am I going to have to start offering pay and benefits to get some questions asked more regularly around here?

Will it be pay per question, per word, or by hour? And will the benefits include donuts and coffee?

Wait, what is this thing called "work" that you speak of? 🤔
Did I hear someone say "donuts and coffee"? 👂😋

What if pay was commensurate with the level of wit demonstrated in each question?

What if I deducted pay for multiple questions within the same comment?

What if I employed a coffee and doughnut potluck policy?

What if that question got you time and half for being both clever and making me feel like I asked a good question?

Isn’t it logical that the more spread out our questions are, the more and more pages of questions there will be?
