Hello. I am new to MyFitnessPal
I am looking forward to giving and getting support. I recently gained 10lbs in the last 8 months. I lost my dad and I think I kind of forget about myself. I’m in my 50’s I workout daily. I’m trying to find my way again. My goal is to be 108lbs.
Im tired of feeling sluggish and I am ready to begin my journey.
