wow!!!!! everyone has really been rocking it these past two weeks!!!! fantastic job ladies!!!
i'm back from disney world!! & i did killer buns & thighs while i was there only 1 time...:grumble: monday morning... by monday night i was sick as a dog w/strep throat :sad: & for the rest of the vacation my mind was on getting better, so i could enjoy the parks w/the family... soooooo JM didn't get my full attention last week.... but i'm back, i'm ready for action, & ready to tally up ALLLLLLL these inches you guys have lost!!!! let's do this!!!!!!!!0 -
Week 3 Day 1 Level 2 complete. OH MY GOODNESS! What a level! All I am going to say is even the warm up is a killer! Wow! I hadnt even heard of most of these exercises! I didnt use my ankle weights and only used my 5 lb hand weights and am glad I did. Don't think I could of done it with the ankle weights on. I was able to do mostly advanced moves, but I do need to work on form. Lots of room for improving. I also took measurements and I lost 1.5 inches on my hips and a few in my thighs! :happy: And this is just after two weeks.
Hips: Starting was 40.5 Today 39.0
Right Thigh: Starting 22 1/2 Today 22 1/4
Left Thigh: 22 1/2 Today 22.0
Just curious to those that added in the ankle weights. Did ya'll find yourselves more hungry and eating more on days you worked out with the weights?? I found myself starving last week on these days. Everyone have a great Monday!0 -
Did level 2 today. Whew, really struggled through the last circuit today. I don't know how on earth the one girl does those scissor lunges. I tried it and couldn't even get close to doing it. Can anyone else on Level 2 do it?0

Good Afternoon Ladies, I am just starting because I had an injury to my foot and I thought that I could do it sooner but I am just getting to 95% I woke up and did my Day 1 today and it kicked my butt! I am so proud of you ladies going into week two I can’t wait to get to that point of no return! I am trying to figure out my time slot because I have classes I do and I am training for a half marathon but you can bet I will fit it in! I am getting re-measured today or tomorrow so I can make sure my numbers are accurate at my gym tonight because I might have lost some inches since my last measurements were taken. I am picking up my ankle weights this weekend! Let me just say you all have it going on!

Today is week three day ten level two biginners without weights. I am glad I decide not to use the weights because Jillian has lost her freakin mind in level two make you wonder what the heck she will have us doing in in level three. I don't think I will incoperate the ankle weights or do the program 5 days straight in level two due to it will be to hard on my kness. My right knee is hurting already from day one of level two. I did not give my all or best today because I am disappointed about my measuement I feel the inches lost should be higher. I am going to have to figure out what I am doing wrong. Oh yeah and the darn scale went up therefore no weight loss more like a gain.

Don't get discouraged you are doing an Amazing job! I have bad knees as well and am now scared of Level 2. If anything I will be doing the modified version as well, we'll see!

I wasn't expecting any change as I have actually gained a couple of pounds. I'm hoping it is just because I'm just before my TOM or maybe a little muscle gain, perhaps.

I would NOT use ankle weights in the first few days of the new level, if you are not doing the exercises perfectly you can really hurt yourself!!!
Level 2 is crazaaay!!! Really dreaded doing it today, and if not done perfectly the one leg burpees bother my knees. the dancing crab is sorta fun, most of the rest is all pain, though!

I forgot to post my workout yesterday:-( I did level 2 again....this thing is serious. I burned 470 calories....the single leg burpees hurt my knees too so I am trying to figure out what to do instead. Well I need to eat a little better for one because the social at my job last night doesn't help after I kill myself this much. I am doing level 2 again today but want to go back and incorporate level 1 on Thursday. I will let you all know which one I do. These measurements are rocking ladies!!! .5 inch is a significant accomplishment for two weeks. Depending on where you are when you start will determine how fast your body changes. If you are developing a ton of lean muscle mass and burning fat at the same time you will possibly show up to an inch loss in you hips and waist. Thighs are really a different animal and even if they become more toned they could possibly only be an inch smaller by the end. Especially if they are a 22 or 23. Those are actually sizes that one can be happy with if they are toned. So ladies your sexy is defined by you! Let's get it in!!!!0

wow!! you guys have me scared to move on to level 2.. lol.. i think i'll do level one today and tomorrow and start Thursday or Friday with Level 2.. will see how it goes0
