Hi everyone.
I recently stopped breastfeeding and saw the scale increase so I’ve started calorie deficit (1200) and working out at least 3 times a week for the past 2 and a half weeks and I see no difference. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I also tend to have water retention. Any help would be appreciated.

If the exercise is new, you could be retaining water from that. If so, I would be patient and continue for another few weeks.
It also can't hurt to make sure you are logging your food correctly: are you weighing everything? Making sure the database entries you are using are correct? Using the recipe builder or meals functionality for logging homemade food?1 -
Thanks @Lietchi i am not weighing my food I’m more eyeballing. Will give the recipe builder a try.0
