    Feels like it. Plus, my abs are so sore from the workout that I can’t cough properly.

    I might make pastry and do some stuff to freeze for the holiday season.
    I plan on cleaning too to be ready for the Christmas tree ☺️

    Insomnia and IBS are both making me feel so horrible right now. Tired all day, can’t stay asleep at night. Case in point, it’s 2:30 am when I’m typing this.

    Don’t know what’s triggered the IBS flare but it just makes things worse because I’m miserable when I’m awake, and then the insomnia kicks in and I only get a few hours of relief from the IBS pain while I’m actually asleep.

    It finally happened. One of the toenails that turned black back in August has finally fallen off. There seems to be another one growing back in its place.
