I may have misgendered someone today. A person in the grocery store dropped their prescription & I picked it up & said, “Excuse me, sir. Or ma’am. Person. Friend.” I’m glad friend was the word that stopped them. 😊

You missed "Or both. Or neither. Or goat." :p

    You did good tho!

(I actually probably would have added the goat part because of a phone recording thing on Angel that always stuck with me cuz it was so funny. :)

So out of 193 countries the US ranks 3rd in gun violence. But if you removed the 5 cities of Chicago, St Lois, Detroit, Philadelphia and LA, the US would be ranked 189th.

There's so many skunks this year. I got home from skating and smell one... hopefully the neighbours' dogs didn't get sprayed

I’ve been feeling very nostalgic lately, lots of crying.
I try not to but the tears just stream down my face.

Thought we were doomed back then with no money, 1 car, a house payment we couldn’t afford and scraping up quarters to buy groceries.
Turns out that until my grandchildren were born, that was the absolute most wonderful, happy time of my life.
    Go figure.

Talking with a 78 year old lady at skating who was commenting about the 86 and 87 year olds we have skating. I knew they were up there but I'd have never guessed the two in their 80s are pushing 90. Keep fit people it really is the fountain of youth

What kind of profession would keep a person from answer their SO’s texts ALL day?

What kind of profession would keep a person from answer their SO’s texts ALL day?

A surgeon performing an all day surgery?

At first I thought in a SCIF, faraday cage, etc. but a day is 24 hours. Almost no one’s in those environments 24/7. So all I could come up with was outliers like climbing Everest, on station in the military/protector, space…

    Good insight

What is on my mind currently is boldness. What does boldness look like is just speaking your thoughts being bold? I feel like boldness is when you have something that you fear or could end badly for you and you still step out. I am not sure saying your opinion makes you bold? Just what's on mind today!

I'd say bold is stating your opinion when it's not the one that those you're stating it to agree with. Being your own person and having the confidence to do things you fear or dare to be different
