I recently got test results back and all my cholesterol numbers are within range except my triglycerides! My skin is healthier: no eczema, less dry skin, my nails are no longer peeling. I love what Iโm eating and am always full!

I donโt really have cravings anymore either so this calorie deficit is going really smoothly for me. It took awhile, I struggled a lot in the beginning, but I think my body adjusted now. I can definitely make it to my goal of 120, or maybe even 115. Maybe in 2
months even.

Iโm trying to lose 10 more pounds at least and then reevaluate from there. Iโve also been going really hard at the gym, and biking around more. I switched my workout split from upper/lower to push/pull/legs. Interested to see how Iโll feel with it. Looking forward to these next update!1 -

Comments: Hi all, I Started a weight loss sight here about 3yrs ago, but I fell off the wagon...over the bank...into a raven. At one time in my life, I went from 260pd, to 121pds, back to 253pd to 160pds to 270pds, back down to 174pds and within the last 3wks have gained 9pds. HELP ME !!!
My weigh in day is Tuesday. I am losing my grip again. I need your support to get me back on track. I've taken a hit this fall, I fell and tore my meniscus which has knocked me off my treadmill and basically doing anything with my leg until further notice. I need suggestions as to what I can do to exercise the upper half of my body. Right now, I have ( 2 ) 1gal. bottles of water and I'm doing a front lift 10xs and side arm swings 10xs for a rep of 5xs. Other than that, I need some at home ideas for exercise.2 -

I honestly gave in and definitely binged but itโs ok Iโm getting back on track this week. My body needs a break sometimes, (I canโt believe itโs been 12 weeks!!!) anyways thatโs what happened, I want to get down to 120-115 range so still a lot more to lose but Iโm motivated. My goal is to have ab lines by the summer.

Also at the gym I switched to a new workout split of push/pull/legs and itโs going pretty good, Iโm just scared Iโm not hitting legs enough. I did an upper lower split for over a year and that was good but I felt like my upper body days were too much and my arms got too fatigued so I decided to break it down into push and pull. Anyways thatโs my update, hopefully the weight will start dropping smoothly again and this is over soon ๐ I donโt want to have more cheat days they feel like such a set back ๐ซ1 -
