My goal for December is modest, I will stick to the calorie deficit from November (eating 1750 net calories a day, with one week eating maintenance calories, 2000 kcal). I lost more weight than planned in November (around 4.5 lbs), taking my BMI into the healthy range for the first time in many months.6 -
Looking forward to finishing up 2023 strong. Looking forward to saying goodbye to the sixties forever. Best of luck to everyone. I look forward to seeing all the great victories this month. Lets do this!

This is a very slow process for me. Nov I only lost 2 lbs. But it is a loss. For this month, if I can stay down a lb or 2, that will be great. Holidays are very challenging.

How do you find out your body fat %? They have a special machine at my gym, but you can only use it 2x per year. If I could do it more often, that would be awesome!0 -

Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
12/01-181.4-(Trend Weight: 189.1)- I wonβt be starting off this round very well as itβs my DGSβs birthday part tomorrow which will show up on the scale on the 3rd. There is also the travel involved.
