It’s that time of year where I say screw it and eat everything in sight. Gone are the years I could eat and not gain a ounce. Now it’s about choices and being healthy. Wish me luck.

Who on here is doing the shot? Or just in general...I'll walk by someone at work and think oh, they are on the shot. Contemplated it myself.

I dont know why I'm hesitating. Maybe nervous of any side effects or long term problems. Then I think we'll I can just not eat. That's all the shot makes you do.

I also wonder because at this point for me, weight loss would be cosmetic and not for health and it looks like that for you as well.

My husband is in ozempic for diabetes. My mom is too and can't get her prescription refilled because everyone is taking it for weight-loss. I'd rather just workout and eat less than use a medication. Pulse needles can make me pass out so ain't doing that

My cancer drive today was such a nice lady and so thankful. She must have told me 50 times how it was so nice of me to volunteer and how she appreciated it. I like the drives like this one

A couple of glasses of wine works as a good insurance

A call from the teacher who heads the school chess team making sure the 16-year-old will be at a particular match because he is going to get him in a rated tournament so he will be a rated class b player. Idk what all that means but he seems happy

Class B is an above average player. Should play in in person tournaments to get a reliable rating.. The on line ratings can be suspect, lots of cheating. Wishing him best of luck.

I’m thinking my mom’s hair stylist is a genius.
Made a paste of dawn dish soap and baking soda.
I washed my hair with it, concentrating on the blue hair, scrubbing it well then heavy conditioning.
    The blue is gone!
I still messed up my color but at least it’s not blue cement color anymore.
My hair is so soft, I’m wondering why I spend so much on shampoo?
