    Consistency is always a struggle … until it’s not. Development of a habit takes time. Once you’re there though, it’s almost easy! Keep it up 🙌

    So far, I've been working out everyday: cardio daily, weights every other day.

    Once I get some muscle I'll probably go heavier with the weights and cut down to three times a week lifting. (I already see some progress which is motivating.) I'm going to join Gold's again but not until I need the extra equipment.
