Oh I want to join! Not that I have a problem with that, but sometimes things get out of control! May I ask, what does "ME:" mean? I understand that the LNS is for late night snacks and how many you ate. I will try for 7pm max:)0

I love this group. I have always had a hard time with late night snacking. It adds alot of calories to my day and I know I don't count the evening calories acurately. Having to think about my evening binge and log it-Helps me alot. I feel great this week- I think it is because I stoped eating at night. Thanks to you all for being there. -Simone0

Oh thank you! I am feeling great. I think everyone feels that if they eat a late night snack, they disappoint the group and everone suffers. So its a cool way to stop eating things when we are all full. Thank you!0

Hm so I am deciding whether this is a late night snack.. I always have a tradition to eat grapes with cheddar cheese, haha, It tastes good, I swear! Light cheddar, 1/3 a cup cubed is around 80 cal. I always have them at around 6:30 pm. Note that I do not eat anything but fruits after 7pm. Today I snacked up on them at around 7:45pm.. Still considered a late night snack? Got 800 calories in today with the cheese :S0

Does it matter when you snack? If you just make it a point to stop when you've reached your calorie limit, isn't that ok? I like to save a few calories for something after dinner.0

So, I usually eat dinner around 5:45pm, which means by like 10pm I'm starving. My goal for LNS is to eat healthy snacks at night and to NOT rummage through the fridge looking for anything and everything. Therefore, for the past three nights I've been having a peppers & low-fat dip snack and I definitely count that as a victory for me. (I used to just stand at the fridge and eat whatever, or eat tons of chips and salsa).
So, just wanted to reiterate that no LNS for me doesn't mean that I'm not eating at night, it means that I am eating healthy, controlled snacks when I'm hungry at night
Sorry -- just felt the need to post this otherwise it would feel like I'm lying to you guys!!0 -
