12/23-168-Getting things done. MIL has bone marrow cancer and feels like she should stay home. We were going to keep the gathering small anyway because her immune system is very poor. We will make Christmas dinner and take it to her house. One son gets here today and one tomorrow; I’m excited to see them.[/quote]
@AR10at50 I am so sorry to hear about your MIL. Bless you for making sure she is still able to celebrate Christmas! I hope you will enjoy your time with your sons and that there will be many blessing for your family at Christmas this year.

@GregoryStaley 1. Hit the quote button. 2. After you see their final sentence that ends in [ /quote] you can type the @ symbol and their screen name with no space (see your name at the start of my message in blue). 3. Now you may type your message to them next to their name. Then simply post your reply with the post button.
By the way, if you do not want to show all of their message, you may delete any parts of their message after you've hit the quote button. Just make sure you leave the [ quote ] that is at the start of their message and also leave their name with the series of numbers that is after it. Then go ahead and follow step 2.
I hope this is clear enough and doesn't sound too jumbled. I use a PC. I am not sure if it would be different on your phone.

RND 245: My Journey ~ Round 2:
Whatever you are not changing, you are choosing. Read that again!
F, 67, 5’4"
SW-231
Estimated at the end of RND 284, my 40th round, UGW-149
12/18~ Day 11 -227 ~ Ugh! Today, I chose wrong, change is needed.
~ Today was not a good day. Excuses aside, I ate poorly, didn’t exercise, and didn’t plan which was the goal I had for this round. Ugh! Plan for tomorrow!
12/19~ Day 12 -227 Almost forgot to log in.
~ Well, the scale isn’t moving much, but it is early in round 2 so I’ll give myself some grace. I kept the basics in check and met my goals. Ready for sleep.
12/20~ Day 13 -230 ~What the heck?
~This is frustrating and why I would normally quit. 13 days and I’m back where I started. But as usual, when I have an upset, I sabotaged myself tonight by going over the calories for the 1st time in 13 days. Hopefully, I learn from the error and figure out what is keeping me from losing weight. I guess more effort is needed.
12/21~ Day 14 -225.3 ~ That’s it, I need a new scale!
~ I woke up and weighed, It’s a miracle. Ha! So, I weigh something, but what? I will keep up with the plan until the new scale arrives and hopefully, it will be correct. I upped my walk to an hour today. I’m sure I’ll be hearing from my knee later, but tuff stuff, it needs to deal with it. I’m eating pretty well but still trying to up the fiber. Who would think it would be so difficult?
12/22~ Day 15 -223.6 ~ Is it the holidays?
~ It’s a hard time of year. Sometimes not having children can be hard and I miss being around family. They are spread all over the country and as we age it is harder to gather. Sorry, on a downer tonight. It’s a lack of sunshine and family. The great thing about today is tomorrow is a brand-new day with all the possibilities of sunshine and success.
12/23~ Day 16 -223.5 ~ The sun is shining! I had a great walk today, now icing my knee. Spirits are up, we started planning for Christmas 2024 in Wyoming. So far, we have 4 of our families committed—yet another reason to keep logging in and working on my health.
12/24~ Day 17 -??? ~
12/25~ Day 18 -??? ~
12/25~ Day 19 -??? ~
12/25~ Day 20 -??? ~
Challenge: ~ Planning: deciding in advance what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and that I should do it.

My round 3!
5'9 F
I'm starting to learn that my loss will be quite slow. For reference, my senior year of HS I went from 185 to ~165 in about 3 months. I wasn't working out at the time so it was all diet. I maintained this weight +/- a few pounds during college just due to the amount of walking required daily (easily 12k+).
After graduating I've fluctuated a bit, but starting senior year of college I became very consistent at the gym doing weights. 5+ years later I've now gained a lot more muscle so naturally my weight has increased. My 185 now looks a lot different than 10 years ago, but I could still stand to lose some excess fat.
It seems to be a much slower journey and I'm not really sure what my end goal weight should be exactly, but I think these 10 day rounds help me accept the small wins and focus on the journey instead of hoping for a big loss like 20lbs again (which may or may not happen)

Goals for this round to, stay strong over the festive period, holiday abroad (20 days!).Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, it’s taken me 75 rounds to achieve target of 130 = back to maintenance!! SW RND 245
12/18 141- went to see Santa with little DGDs in Dudley Tunnels, had lunch there, didn't choose 100% wisely, but was full for the rest of the day so only fruit later.
12/19 140.6 – 8.14 miles walked, 45% of exercise calories eaten back.
12/20 138.8 – pleased to see this number, it was our Christmas lunch yesterday for my DSs & a couple of FF, a real lovely girlie festive time. We all had a carvery choice was large, medium, or small; my NSV I chose small and was very selective with my veggies, had a glass of wine instead of a sweet, felt really satisfied. Only ate fruit in the evening, didn’t need anything else. 6.56 miles walked, all exercises calories plus 346 eaten.
12/21 140.4 – 10.85 miles yesterday, 80% exercise calories eaten back.
12/22 140.4 – no structured walking as child minding little DGS.
12/23 DNW – out super earl to complete Christmas food shopping. 10.85 miles walked all exercise calories eaten back plus 3 glasses of rosé wine, out at SIL and partners, no control over food served.
12/24 142 - 😱, so difficult this time of year, I just love food 😪. 12.63 miles walked, 65% of exercise calories eaten back.

I'm Julie. 35 years old. Married. SAHM to two year old twins.
SW RND 245: 135.6 (end of last round).
12/18: 136.1. Oops, not starting off in the right direction. I started baking the Christmas cookies. I may have sampled a few too many. I also didn't go to the gym because my husband worked late. I went for a short walk, but nothing big.
12/19: 139.1. Holiday eating has arrived. Baked more Christmas cookies. I know I didn't gain 3 pounds of fat over night. I'm not going to stress about it until after Christmas. I'll be up some, but no real damage I won't be able to undo in the next round.
12/20: 138.0. I felt kinda sick most of yesterday. Just did a short walk. Eating wasnt great. But that's okay for now.
12/21: 136.2.
12/22: 133.9. Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow! I was not expecting that woosh. While a happy surprise, I'm not taking my weight too seriously for this round. My only goal is to post here every day. I'll have to wait see where it ends up after all of the holiday meals.
12/23: 136.4. No idea what happened to loss yesterday. But today is our first Christmas gathering. I'm going to try to eat reasonably but not stress it. I'm fully expecting my weight to be high tomorrow. And I'm okay with that.
12/24: 137.5. Round one of Christmas is done. No exercise. Today we have brunch with my in-laws.

Decided that taking care, paying attention and being conscious will just have to be enough for the next couple days. I'll be entertaining tonight and tomorrow, cooking and have been baking. I've got healthful foods mixed in with the more tempting treats, so while I will enjoy a taste or two of the more calorie-laden options, I'll keep conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth. 12/28 will be the big reboot-all but one party will be done by then, and I'll take stock.

12/24⚖️ 130.8 so puffy this morning! Yucky feeling. Tired. Yesterday: 🚫macros & 2032 cal, 🚶♀️11.1k, 88 ex min, 🔥574 ex cal, 💗Z2 74 min . ✅🏋️♀️🤸🏼(10min)
Ate too many carbs. Took myself out of Ketosis*** Bummer. Dessert wasn’t even that good. (We were 🥳 celebrating our Anniversary (15th) and the coconut cake was brought out by the waiter!) How could I say no?! Delicious dinner (small portions), great time and we had a blast.
***Note to self: SUGAR - Remember – the piece of cake was NOT worth the fact it took me 💯 OUT of Ketosis. And, it may have ruined the healing of my 72 hr fast. The sugar brought me ZERO joy and it wasn’t worth it (to me). Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed everything about last night, but I don’t enjoy knowing that I have to start at ground zero today. (It’s not like going over calories…. With going over calories, you can be on target the next day… vs. going out of ketosis it’ll take me another week to get where I was). No bad feelings… Just a fact. It was a choice….
I’m truly not stressed out over this I’m simply analyzing because I love to analyze… So here are my choices today… Do I eat a little dessert or enjoy a sugary beverage tonight (because I’m NOT in ketosis) or do I start back immediately today?… “Tomorrow is the enemy of today!” Decisions…. decisions! I’ve still got the 12/31👖 Pants-demonium Challenge in mind! 😀 Smiling!
Cooking today. Might have time for a short walk… Thirteen at my sisters home tonight-will miss my DGS!
Enjoy today everyone!
EDIT: Oh my gosh, I am so excited! I thought of a solution! I’m going to bring ingredients for a skinny white Russian and have a win-win situation tonight! Over-analysis does NOT lead to paralysis! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Yesterday: 💯lazy day. ✅macros & 1438 cal.
Today: 💪🏻🚶♀️🤸🏼🏋️♀️
I’m up a little because I’m off routine. Ok. Rational. Last night I decided to start fast @ 6pm. I felt terrific after that last fast and spent some time researching last night as to what happens to your body at 24, 48, and 72hrs - planning for 72. Pumped! Water, black coffee, electrolytes and grass-fed beef bone broth. 💪🏻
12/19 ⚖️129.6
Yesterday: ✅macros & 90 cal of bone broth, 🚶♀️3.9k, 🚫ex min, 🚫 ex cal 🔥, 🚫💗Z2 min, 🚫🏋️♀️, 🤸🏼
Woke up at 3:50! 🙃😳 Good Morning! Yes, scale is less but was expected. I’m fasting to reset ketosis & recharge /reboot. I’m hoping 130 will one day be my lean & mean ceiling!☺️
Because I spontaneously opted to fast, I also opted to remain sedentary yesterday. I did end up doing a lot of work around the house. I only counted 🚶♀️. After 6 PM, (24hrs) I had 2 cups of bone broth over a couple of hours, drank tons of water & electrolytes.
Going on 36 hrs as I write this … I feel really good this morn. No hunger pains yesterday, (because I kept drinking… ) And I was super busy. I had tons of energy. No headaches. Peed all day. 😎. Hoping it goes as well today.
I had another business meeting yesterday … I’ve been approached to take on a hefty project (in my profession). Yesterday was my third meeting in 10 days, and I’m strongly considering saying yes… With each day that passes, I’m becoming a little more excited about the opportunity. Ill have the flexibility to continue to pick up DGS from school, as well as play 🎾 in the morning a few days a week… and will also figure out how to 🚶♀️&🏋️♀️🤸🏼on a regular basis. The project would last six months… It’s actually too good to be true. So we will see! It’s been five years since retiring … would certainly be a wild & adventures ride cuzz I feel quite unprepared. We will meet once more after the holidays to solidify any arrangement … 🤞🏻!
Today: 🎾 🚶♀️and some 🤸🏼 - let’s see! Not sure about stamina but will try. I can always stop. ’ll be fine this morning but I’m prepared for a little waiver-ing between noon and 2pm…. 💪🏻
Note: TBH, For some reason, fasting is easier for me than I thought it would be. This is only my second go round. I find it much easier to just say no then it is to plan food/figure out what to eat…. It’s a competition with myself. Once I did the research & learned of the long list of positive benefits… It was a no-brainer for me personally. I once truly believed fasting was for WHACKOS 😎. Really! Isn’t that horrible? It’s not for everyone but… If you’re thinking about it, I encourage you to read up!
12/20 ⚖️ 128.4
Yesterday: ✅macros & 80 cal, 🚶♀️8.2k, 122 ex min, 1284 ex cal 🔥, 💗Z2 18 min, included some 🏋️♀️&🤸🏼.
When I first started playing tennis, I could feel the effects of the fast with an elevated heart rate, but then I played through it… so I decided to take it easy on ST 🏋️♀️. Fully wiped out when I got home. Nice visit with my DGS. Rested and vegged out the rest of the night.
⚖️ 128.4 That’s the fast and my body rebooting … will prol be 129-130 tomorrow. After today, I have to really buckle down on
🚶♀️🤸🏼🏋️♀️.
Fast: Boy, was I hungry yesterday! 2pm till bed…. Drank electrolytes & bone broth. No headache. Feel great this morn. 12 more hours. Playing tennis today. Feeling like I have to take it easy, but I may have a burst of energy, so let’s see! Thurs, Fri& Sat will be jammed with cooking & holiday! Will definitely get in early 🚶♀️. Some 🏋️♀️🤸🏼.
12/21 ⚖️ 129.2
Yesterday: ✅macros & 1055 cal, 🚶♀️6.2k, 103 ex min, 1022 ex cal 🔥, 💗Z2 16min. 🚫🏋️♀️🤸🏼
I played🎾 singles (A big deal in itself, 65… vs a 48-year-old youngster) & when over I decided not to pursue 🏋️♀️🤸🏼. My heart rate was up a good bit, so I thought it would be wise to limit any further activity, until FAST was completed.
I thought about food continuously from noon-3pm. I researched the difference between 48hr & 72hr fast and there is little difference… I had almost convinced myself to eat some scrambled eggs, but then I was running late to pick up my DGS from school. And because I was busy, I just decided what the heck just do 72 hrs. Goal accomplished!
🥩 &🥚🥚for dinner! YUM.
Today: Definitely 🚶♀️🤸🏼🏋️♀️. Eat lots of protein. Feel AWESOME. And yes, fasting is about your mind/will power. It’s not all hunger.
➡️Thoughts
➡️ Emotions
➡️ Actions.
Stop negative thoughts (excuses & rationalizations) & winning becomes reality. I have a choice. Hard stuff matters.
(Confession, ⬆️ this is an affirmation … I must say it over & & over & OVER again for it to become real!)😊
Setting a goal and completing the goal gives me BIG confidence. I’ll have a pep in my step today. 😎
12/22 ⚖️ 129.8
Yesterday: ✅macros & 1515 cal, 🚶♀️2.2k, 🚫ex min, 🚫ex cal 🔥, 💗Z2 🚫min. 🚫🏋️♀️🤸🏼
We had a major MAJOR plumbing issue occur yesterday morning. Plumber can’t come till 12/26…. Thank goodness we aren’t hosting guests this holiday! I stayed on target with cal and macros but zero exercise. Couldn’t do anything. Hopefully today. 🎾🏋️♀️🤸🏼.
NSV: I feel great! Positive daily choices are “mostly” routine. Clothes too big/super loose. Mental clarity and strength. Sleeping so much better. No aches / pains. Slept to 5:20 this morn! BUT: Still need more consistency 🏋️♀️🤸🏼.
Biggest NSV: I know my body so much better! The scale doesn’t own my emotions. I’ve conquered the roller coaster 🎢!As long as I’m “on plan” Im not going to think twice over a 2 -3 pound fluctuation. (If I pig out, of course, I’ll be down on myself … But that’s different… That’s 💯on me& not the scale !!
12/23⚖️ 129.8
Yesterday: ✅macros & 1382 cal, 🚶♀️9.9k, 123 ex min, 1054 ex cal 🔥, 76 min💗Z2 . ✅🏋️♀️🤸🏼(30 min)
Up waaayyyy to early today!
EPIPHANY:
I fessed up that I have struggled with my weight & the way I view /feel about my body since I was in grade-school. The last nine years I have gained and lost 15+ lbs SIX times. I deplore the way that 🎢 makes me feel… I feel like a failure each time I gain back the weight I lost. I don’t want THAT to happen again so this time I’m paying ultra close attention 👀 to what triggers me once I hit a weight goal, embrace that place a while and then, boom…. Welcome 15! So…. I’m setting new goals to build strength and muscle. … New goals that will provide focus elsewhere than the scale. New goals that focus on strength. For me, building muscle/balance/agility, etc. is “harder” than dropping pounds. The battle is between my ears.
If I’ve struggled for 55+ years with weight and self-image … why would that disappear just because I lost 15 lbs? My struggle is more than pounds….
I’m grateful for this “JGMTD” Challenge. Every 10 days I can gently shift/tweak process/actions based on what I continue to learn about myself. I’m glad I’m on this journey… Better late than never! 😎❤️
Pulling for all of you!🎄🎁

2001 (Age 43) - Avg 145 lbs
2010 (Age 52) HW 172 lbs
UGW = 130lbs (ceiling)
In Aug 14, 2014 @ 157lbs (down 15 from heaviest of 172lbs in 2010), I decided to take control of my health. I lost 30lbs by 1/1/2015. Weight topped @ 128-132lbs through the end of 2020. Five years!
🎢 Roller Coaster Begins….
2020 through 2021, I fluctuated 132-140 lbs.
8/1/ 2022 crept up to 142lbs.
Dropped to 128lbs again by 9/30 then held 130lbs till 1/1/23.
2023 Back ⬆️ 145lbs by July 15! 15lbs BOOM! Enjoyed eating & margaritas way too much! Ive always eaten healthy BUT portion control is/was a huge issue. Started tracking. Joined “Just give me 10 days” R231 in beginning of 8/2023. Here we are!
I learned MY choices created an emotional 🎢 roller coaster with yo-yo weight and fitness. My forever goal is to reach 130lbs as a ceiling. Pretty clear to me that once I reached a goal weight I would then relax/ drift backwards. So glad 145lbs was the max over the last nine years.
I also noticed that as I age it becomes much MUCH more difficult to lose weight. I could loose 15lbs easy in 6 to 8 weeks up to 2020ish … This is absolutely not true anymore!!!!

Thrilled to be in my fourth Round. I haven't been this long in an eating routine in many years. Not sure why this is working for me. I know that Carbs are my weak point, so I have designed an eating plan that avoids or minimizes them. I try to shop for my plan daily at the same time. Holidays treats surround me. I am avoiding the places that will get me in trouble (staff lounge). This round I am adding water and tracking it. I may be a little dehydrated. Let's find out. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

My round 3!

12/23 -179.2- (Trend weight 179.5) There’s the uptick I couldn’t find but expected yesterday. I have some work to do! I think handyman will be finishing the tiling on the fireplace today. Now we have to wait for the new grilles to come in that we ordered to complete the look and functionality. Parts are on backorder but are expected by Jan 3rd. I just want it done already! I’m very tired today and really dragging my feet. Coffee isn’t helping this time.
12/24 -178.4- (Trend weight 179.4) Nothing special planned for today as of yet. My DD and DGS are here for the typical weekend. I may do some baking today but it is always so very dangerous for me so I’ve been dreading it! I’ve been waiting to bake as close to our family dinner (on the 30th) as possible. My fat percentages have really been going down. I have some new bones sticking out and some more pants I wore last cold season laid aside that are just too big. My body composition has really changed in these last few months. The scale is down by almost a pound today and my trend weight is still improving steadily. I ate to plan yesterday and got in some exercise which made all the difference. Who knew? From here to the end of the year will be especially challenging, but I will do Everything I Can, as often as I can. However, there will be days…..Merry Christmas everyone. May 2024 be healthy, prosperous and full of milestones and successes.

Day, Weight, Comment
12/18 - DNW
Found out yesterday my BFF has Covid. She started feeling sick on Sat., and we spent a few hours together knitting on Fri. She was vaccinated , but hadn’t yet gotten this fall’s booster addressing new strains. 😢 I’m vaccinated and boosted, so hopefully I’ll be ok. Someone sitting across from her at the party last Wed. wasn’t feeling well so we suspect that’s where she got it. Why do people go to events when they’re sick? Yeesh. Anyway, I guess I’ll be a homebody for a few days so I don’t pass anything on. That’s ok. I need to do some serious cleaning, and I finished knitting a sweater last night so need to finish and wash it and DH’s Christmas sweater. I’ll be hiding in my office for that one! 🙂 I’m still not weighing or tracking, and I think I’m doing ok. This break is giving me time to really think about what I want to keep in my food world and what I want to let go. I feel way too heavy, but with this little break, I also feel a bit more hopeful about a new start and better results.
12/19 - 😳
I “unofficially” weighed myself this morning. I’m not reporting the results here, but as I suspected, I’m too heavy. It’s ok, though, since I’m on my little break. I just wanted a little feedback. I’ve been thinking a lot about what changes I’ll make when I get back at it. As I’ve mentioned, DH does a lot of the cooking here and is a big pasta fan, but I know it’s not great for me, so I’m going to stock up on proteins I can make for myself when he’s having pasta pasta pasta (unless I can have mine with lentil pasta). Also going to limit my bread to 2 thin-sliced pieces a day. I do like sandwiches for lunch. I’m going to focus on non-starchy veggies and lean proteins, and a semi-Mediterranean plan. But not yet. After Christmas. If I try to start to limit things now, I’ll fail, and that won’t help me stick to anything except more of the same. So this is my little in-between reset window. On other fronts (though, I believe, related to my eating), I did a lot of cleaning yesterday and finished the sweater I was working on. I hope you don’t mind, but I’m sharing this one, too, because I love the beautiful tweedy yarn!
12/20 - DNW
Something is happening with this little reset period of mine…I’ve been sleeping embarrassingly late the past few months, but this morning I popped up, not early, but 90 minutes earlier than I have been dragging myself out of bed. That’s one of my goals going forward—get up earlier and write for a couple of hours. I used to write almost every morning from 6 to 10:30ish, 1,000 words a day. I haven’t written seriously in wayyyyy too long. I feel better when I’m writing. I eat better and exercise more. And I’ve realized that the gap not writing has created in my life may be the one I’m filling with food. Hey, maybe there’s an essay in this….. 😁
12/21 - DNW
Happy Solstice, all! For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, the light will be returning after tonight, the thought of which makes winter bearable for me. 🌞 I mentioned yesterday a feeling that I’m turning a corner of some sort during this little break I’m taking. More evidence…I baked shortbread cookies on Tuesday, revisiting my Scottish mama’s recipe. I love shortbread, but I’ve eaten only two of them. Usually I have trouble keeping my hands out of the cookie jar! And I was thinking of baking a cake, but suddenly feel completely uninterested in sugary things. So I’ve decided that the only thing I’ll bake for Christmas will be a mincemeat pie (which has no meat). I FINALLY feel ready to drop these obnoxious pounds I’ve put (back) on since 2019. Yay!
12/22 - 🎂DNW
It’s my birthday, so per our tradition, DH is taking me “out” for late lunch/dinner (although we’ll likely get carry out, which is fine with me). I’m trying to decide what I want. At the moment nothing sounds very enticing, but by 1 o’clock I’m sure something will. Otherwise, nothing much planned other than a walk, some reading, and some knitting!
12/23 - DNW
Thank you, friends, for all the birthday wishes! It was a lovely day. I did eat cake, but DH and I both found the cake (new recipe) way too sweet, and I tossed the remains. That’s ok, I got my bd piece. I’m considering today the start of my new year, and my renewed commitment to getting this weight off.
12/24 - DNW
Wishing you all a very merry Christmas, joyous Yule, and happy all the other holidays that happen this time of year.

RND 245: My Journey ~ Round 2 of 40:
Whatever you are not changing, you are choosing. Read that again!
F, 67, 5’4" ~ SW-231
Ultimate goal weight of 149lb at the end of RND 284
12/18~ Day 11 -227 ~ Ugh! Today, I chose wrong, change is needed.
~ Today was not a good day. Excuses aside, I ate poorly, didn’t exercise, and didn’t plan which was the goal I had for this round.
Hopefully, I learn from the error and figure out what keeps me from losing weight.
~ I had a great walk today, now icing my knee. Spirits are up, we started planning for Christmas 2024 in Wyoming. So far, we have 4 of our families committed. Yet another reason to keep logging in and working on my health.
12/24~ Day 17 -222.9 ~ Christmas Eve
~ I’m posting early today. I am unsure of how the day will end but have great expectations of success. I am planning for the pitfalls and perils of eating and laziness. I must say ‘Motivate thyself’ if I want to meet that first ten-pound goal before the end of 2023. I wish you all a beautiful holiday and a blessed new year.
12/25~ Day 18 -??? ~
12/26~ Day 19 -??? ~
12/27~ Day 20 -??? ~
Challenge: ~ Planning: deciding in advance what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and that I should do it.

12/20 133.0 Community bingo tonight - pizza, salad and cake. Nail appt and lunch with DH
12/21 135.5 There is no way this is real. We didn’t go to lunch yesterday, will go today. I ate about a dozen Hershey kisses, other than that my eating was good - skipped the pizza crusts and just ate the meat, veg and cheese and a small salad. 2 eggs and 2 bacon for breakfast.
12/22 133.5 DD and DGGS came over for a visit. He seems to be cutting more teeth and was a little cranky. I had beef brisket for lunch yesterday, leftovers today. Went to bed at 8 last night because I couldn’t keep my eyes opened. Then I was up every 2 hours because I had a cramp in my left ankle. Garmin shows 8 hours 43 minutes of sleep but I sure don’t feel rested. Tomorrow we are invited to friends for dinner.
12/23 134.0 Out to brunch with blind friend - steak, eggs, potatoes and toast. 1 cup of leftover squash, green pepper, and onion in the evening. 12 Hershey’s kisses I need to throw those things away! Hershey has ALWAYS been my favorite chocolate.
12/24 137.0 I know this isn’t real but I was tempted to not even post this. LATE Dinner at friends last night. I usually eat before 3 or 4 and this was closer to 6:30. I had 1/2 glass of wine but every dish was carb loaded. Lasagna noodles, garlic bread, tabouli salad, lemon cake, tapioca.
