I recently got test results back and all my cholesterol numbers are within range except my triglycerides! My skin is healthier: no eczema, less dry skin, my nails are no longer peeling. I love what Iโ€™m eating and am always full!

I donโ€™t really have cravings anymore either so this calorie deficit is going really smoothly for me. It took awhile, I struggled a lot in the beginning, but I think my body adjusted now. I can definitely make it to my goal of 120, or maybe even 115. Maybe in 2
    months even.

    Similar to Cat. Things are becoming easier as I've formed new habits. I allow my self a occasional sweet as long as it fits in my daily calories. This has helped with my craving. My goal is to be 150 by the end of the month.

I'm looking to gain some strength. Not lifting big, and keeping with my cardio workouts.

Welp, I will try and get back on track this week and keep being consistent. Iโ€™m starting to see some more muscle definition and am feeling great! Iโ€™m trying to lose 10 more pounds at least and then reevaluate from there. Iโ€™ve also been going really hard at the gym, and biking around more. I switched my workout split from upper/lower to push/pull/legs. Interested to see how Iโ€™ll feel with it. Looking forward to these next update!

    Comments: Hi all, I Started a weight loss sight here about 3yrs ago, but I fell off the wagon...over the bank...into a raven. At one time in my life, I went from 260pd, to 121pds, back to 253pd to 160pds to 270pds, back down to 174pds and within the last 3wks have gained 9pds. HELP ME !!!
    My weigh in day is Tuesday. I am losing my grip again. I need your support to get me back on track. I've taken a hit this fall, I fell and tore my meniscus which has knocked me off my treadmill and basically doing anything with my leg until further notice. I need suggestions as to what I can do to exercise the upper half of my body. Right now, I have ( 2 ) 1gal. bottles of water and I'm doing a front lift 10xs and side arm swings 10xs for a rep of 5xs. Other than that, I need some at home ideas for exercise.

I honestly gave in and definitely binged but itโ€™s ok Iโ€™m getting back on track this week. My body needs a break sometimes, (I canโ€™t believe itโ€™s been 12 weeks!!!) anyways thatโ€™s what happened, I want to get down to 120-115 range so still a lot more to lose but Iโ€™m motivated. My goal is to have ab lines by the summer.

Next week Iโ€™ll go for 45 (my goal is one hour). Also at the gym I switched to a new workout split of push/pull/legs and itโ€™s going pretty good, Iโ€™m just scared Iโ€™m not hitting legs enough. I did an upper lower split for over a year and that was good but I felt like my upper body days were too much and my arms got too fatigued so I decided to break it down into push and pull. Anyways thatโ€™s my update, hopefully the weight will start dropping smoothly again and this is over soon ๐Ÿ™‚ I donโ€™t want to have more cheat days they feel like such a set back ๐Ÿ˜ซ
