CHALLENGE: Sub 200 by end of Jan
    Highest weight Around 225
    Nov 2 starting weight: 217
    Ultimate goal weight: 180

    Weigh-in days are Mondays

    Nov 02 : 217
    Nov 13 : 216
    Nov 20 : 215
    Nov 27 : 211
Dec 4: 211 - Fell smooth off the diet this week. Back on the horse for next week.
Dec 11: 212 - *narrator* "He did not get back on the horse"
Dec 18: 211 - Okay, back at it. Gonna need to pick up some steam.
Dec 26: 216 - Christmas in Texas. I don't know what to tell ya.
    Jan 1: 217 - Fuuuuuuuuuuuuudge.
    Jan 8: 210 - No more fudge.
Jan 15: 208 - Doesn't look like I'll make sub 200 by the end of Jan, but hopefully we carry over into another challenge in Feb and I can do sub 190 by May.

Jan 22: 206 - Steady losses now. Those first drops when you really get back on the diet are so encouraging and then frustrating. I know it's just cleaning out my guts and losing the extra water from the salt and all that. I know losing 2 pounds in a week is phenomonal, but when I look at that 7 pound initial drop... It's about being better than yesterday. That's the mode. This week was better than last week. Just gotta keep the momentum.

How many calories do you think is in wonton soup say a cup and also a shrimp egg roll. Both from chinese restaurant. so I am sure the egg roll would be deep fried. Any ideas?

I give it around 200 for the soup and 300-325 for the egg roll depending on how delicious it is.

No days over my net calorie goal this week, I usually have at least one. However my net average for the week was about the same as it's been for the past couple weeks. I did take a day of rest yesterday with no formal exercise. Not sure why the drop this week but I'll take it!

    Have a great week!
