I'm really happy to see a drop this week! I stayed on track but had to guess about some restaurant food, which always makes me a bit nervous.
I've tried to plan out a fairly healthy Thanksgiving meal and I'll probably eat at maintenance on that day but I want to get back on track after the holiday.5 -

But the holidays have started. This past weekend saw a Thanksgiving Feast with the local Scouts. We had a good sized group of Scouts of all ages along with our recently formed Female Troop. Good Times! I was careful(ish), and had a great weekend.
Meanwhile, my weight of Friday was a tad lower than today. C'est La Vie.
It is all good.

11/14-182.6-(Trend Weight: 184.1)- I was out of town for 2 days including an overnight and gained my usual travel weight from restaurants and sitting. I’m working it down now. I will be doing a ton of traveling from now until after Christmas. Especially with Christmas shopping since I am from a very very rural area. I really need to learn some travel manners! My goal was to lose 4 lbs this month and get myself firmly planted in the 170's. Instead, I am fighting tooth and nail just to get back to starting weight. And there's Thanksgiving, one of the biggest food holidays of the year looming just ahead. It is right there between me and my goal. No one said this would be easy but Sheesh!.......
11/21-180.4-(Trend Weight: 182.3)- After even more travel I managed to reign it in. I really take a hit on all the car sitting and restaurant meals. I ended up cutting out 100 extra calories per day for most of the week to compensate and it helped quite a bit. Between now and next week’s weigh-in there is more travel and the U.S.A. Thanksgiving holiday which is totally focused on food. I will probably try cutting the same 100 for all the days around these events for more damage control. It’s very easy for me to go up a full 3 pounds on a holiday meal. I’m not to the point that I can ignore pie yet. My family meal will be on Saturday. Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

11/28-179.8-(Trend Weight: 182.2)- I am working myself back down on the scale. It went up big time during the pre-holiday travel and then the Thanksgiving feast. I knew a lot of it was water retention. I mean, it’s almost impossible to gain 5 pounds of pur fat overnight, right? I’m glad to see my toes have dipped back into the 170 waters this morning. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum.

I was not expecting a loss this week due to having shingles and being on steroids. I haven't been able to go to the gym and tend to eat unhealthfully when not in not in "Healthy" mode. The funny thing is I was scheduled to go for my Shingles vaccine this week4
