This is a challenge is for anyone who wants motivation, support, friendship and tips. We are a nonjudgemental, supportive group. Please set goals that suits you. If 15 pounds weight loss is not for you, choose a different goal. All are welcome!

Let's make these next three months our best yet! This is our twelfth round but new friends are always welcome and encouraged to join us! Post daily or weekly, and let us know what's working for you and what's not. We are a friendly bunch who want to be healthier!

    Looking forward to connecting again! I joined this challenge a few years ago and had great success! I see some of the same names which is fantastic!! What a committed group!! That said, after I reached my goal I stopped logging on to MFP. Not surprisingly, I’m back where I started. Looking for motivation and support to reestablish some healthy habits.

    My name is Donna. I am 63 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall.

    11/01-181.2-(Trend Weight: 184.5)- I have not eaten even one piece of the leftover Halloween candy. I say that with chest puffed out, proudly. That is because I am an addict and chocolate is my drug of choice. If it makes it until Friday 5:00 pm in this house, it will go to my teenaged grandchildren I will be seeing then.     Looking to take better care of myself through establishing healthy habits! DAILY

    Weigh myself daily (I’ll post here every Monday)
    - Pre-Log food intake in the evenings
    - Increase protein
    - Move for at least 30 minutes daily
    - Drink 8 c water

    Count me in for another round! I'm 5'5" and 59 y/o, from Texas and battling that post-menopausal weight gain. I plan on rededicating myself to eating clean and lifting heavy at the gym to build muscle.
