I got a can of mixed nuts and had a very small handful of them. For the potato chips I got veggie straws. A little better than chips Baby steps!!

Not sure why the almost one pound gain. Five days ago I was 189.8
Going to wach the weight I dont appear to be holding water
So I will throw out all the leftover ""crap"" here and try to get back on track
If scale Keeps going up will contact doctor

Was good this week until yesterday I had a big mac, fries, ice cream and a cookie!!!
But the scaled moved back down going the right way. Have to be good tho, that junk food will make it creep back up.

Logged in all my foods this week. Down one pound from last week Eating no more than 1300 ish calories per day. Most days satisified some times hungry . Since start of challenge have only lost 0.4 a little less than a half pound. One good thing I didnt gain at this point in time over this holiday season. I will try to make most of last two weeks Ruby!!!

01/30-181.2-(Trend Weight: 183.0)- This challenge took us through Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Years holidays. I find myself down only 0.2 at the end of it all. There were a lot of ups and downs during the challenge, I even entered the 170’s for a minute or two. I will strive to not only hit the 170’s again in the next challenge, but maybe even kick them to the curb and land in the 160’s. I will do a final weigh in tomorrow but I may be traveling today for an afternoon with a friend on her birthday which will include food and festivities. Hopefully they will clean up the roads soon. We had snow last night. Tomorrow’s weight may be up but knowing I am ending the month in several challenges with a weigh-in, I will try to stay as close to my macros as I can.

Not surprised by the gain as I wasn't expecting a 2.6lb loss the week before. Went OOT for a wedding this weekend but did not splurge so hopefully all will be well when I step on the scale Thursday. I'm seeing some great losses and maintenance for the end of this challenge. Considering this ran throughout the holiday season no gain is a huge win. 01/31-181.6-(Trend Weight: 182.9)- Well, the holidays and all the gifts of chocolate really got me. I broke even in November, Gained in December, Lost in January but not enough to mitigate the damage from December. This 3 month round was pretty much a wash for me. We are still dead of winter here in Northern Michigan where our last snowfalls are usually in early May. I will not let the winter doldrums stop me. I will be losing weight INCLUDING during the winter! There! I’ve put it out there, now it’s got to happen, right? See you all in the next round. I’m excited for all the potential for each and every one of us!
