            I started my journey in 2018 July 1st weighing 202.2. One year later I reached my goal weight of 142. Very exciting times. Unfortunately I ended up with health concerns and weight gain. now ready to get back to goal.

 I'm a daily weigher and this is the second time in the past week the scale has dipped into from the 173s to the 171s but I have yet to see 172s on the scale. Perhaps this week I will before going back down again.6

            Hello all Iโm a bit late to the challenge but hopping on to try and keep motivated! Iโm cutting out a lot of my work snacking on soda/chips/candy, or making healthier swaps. And trying to add in more exercise each week and build strength.

 Just returned home from spending a week celebrating my MIL's 97th birthday! I had a body weight scale with me, but that didn't stop the eating. Very little exercise other than walking and yoga.6

 Take a moment and look up Arnold Ehret. He had some very bad ideas, among them are that eating rice causes leprosy and mental illness is caused by gas pressure on the brain. He created and sold a health product that turned out, after being investigated years after he died, to be fraudulent.
 I personally took quite a few moments to look him up before I ever read any of his works. Wikipedia should NEVER be a person's only source of information. smh 
 Here is a scientific report about Professor Ehret. Of course, no one's methods are flawness and the man was born in 1866 afterall.
 I find his work to be brave and brilliant considering the times and zeitgeist that he was bringing the information to.
 Brilliant and science is still catching up to some of his theories (and has clearly debinked ony a few), most which are the backbone to many meatless nutrition plans today.
 My before and after photos can attest to the fact that the method is very obviosly working for me.
