    2/16 173, ate well, no walk. Dr. Appointment, slept long and well.
    2/17 175 ate well, ate late, no exercise, slept long
    2/18 174 ate healthy, no exercise, didn't sleep long
    2/19 172.4 ate mostly healthy, no exercise, slept after 3 am
    2/20 172.4 ate healthy, not enough, no exercise, Tylenol pm. Slept 9 hrs.
    2/21 173.4 fed my soul. It was needed. No exercise. Slept well

    2/22. 173.4 not all healthy, no exercise, bad sleep 😞

    πŸ‘†πŸ»love this. I have definitely been cutting back on fat. I read somewhere that the closer you get to goal, less fat is required… So I switched from fatty protein to lower fat protein. Fatty meat & butter are πŸ’― my weakness! Thank God I don’t have a sweet tooth! I toggle every-other-day 109g / 129g protein. Starting to get it down!

    You can have all the sugar, and the chips and fries. Give me the sweet cream in my coffee, the sour cream in my soup, and all the bacon wrapped anything. Add some gravy if you've got it!
