    Thurs Feb 15th 📱🍗❌ - 87.3kgs/192lbs 😮 Worked from home, wife’s bday (cake and whiskey) + previous 2 day deficit.
    Fri Feb 16th 📱🍗❌ - First real blowout. 4,200 calories consumed. Back on it tomorrow
