Old dog, new tricks

I resolved to lose weight about two years ago. With the help of Noom I lost 55 lbs. I started to take Pilates lessons, walked more, and reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.0. I’m diabetic 2. I gained about 10 lbs back and want to lose it and then some more. Being diabetic makes food choices more complex.

I assume you are seeing a Dr for your diabetes so ask them to give you a diet and exercise plan or sometimes they have a nutritionist associated with their practice that can follow you and give you the details that you need. Put them in your phone and track yourself daily and this will help tremendously! No more guess work if what you’re doing is right! I love MFP for making this easy to do. And it will help your doctors too.0
