    By the time I bought strips I had been eating keto for about 6 weeks. They never changed color when I tried them. I bought a KetoMojo meter (amazon) and strips eventually and now have strips on auto ship from Best Ketone Test dot com. The people at BKT are awesome. I did not experience that when I contacted the people at
    KetoMojo. Just my experience. No affiliation.

    @reshii_devi, I did use those urine strips when I began keto. They're really useless after your 1st significant rise in ketones. I knew I was in ketosis, or maybe I should say, my body was using ketones as fuel, when I could be around grain carbs and sweets and had no desire to eat them. Even fruit smelled extremely sweet to me.

    hmmmm ... I've felt like that occasionally, but not often enough, lol ~ I've been intermittent fasting 18-20+ hours several days per week regularly, but with carbs in the 70-100+ range most days. Hoping cutting carbs to 10-12%, eating my first meal earlier and ending last within circadian window will make a noticeable difference. Working on finding the balance of getting into deeper ketosis without losing muscle, weakening my bones or raising cholesterol with too much fat.

    Give yourself some credit though, look how long you went without having cheat days! You still ate well on vacation and that is usually what gets most of us. And who wants to workout on vacation anyways? You're such a great inspiration!

    3/27- 162.7 Trend is still going down despite being up/relatively flat the last round. Turkey tacos for dinner tonight.
    3/28- 163.2 Staying on track and trusting the process.
    3/29- 163.3 Went 250 calories over because I got confused adding up lunch calories. Drank plenty of water today which I haven't been doing lately.
    3/30- 161.6 New low. Within calories today but didn't drink enough water. I need to work on filling up and using a water bottle.
    3/31- 160.7 (72.9 kg) Another whoosh, possibly due to TOM. I'm 5.6 pounds (2.5 kilos) from the lowest I've been in 4 years and it's a bit exciting. Drank more water today too.
    4/1- 162.1 Trend weight is still going down. I really enjoy using Libra. I would upload a picture but apparently the app on Android doesn't support that.
    4/2- 162.4
    4/3- 161.6
    4/4- 161 even. Tomorrow is bowling with coworkers and enjoying some bowling alley food.
    4/5- 161 Teeth still hurt from braces adjustment so I didn't indulge as much as planned tonight. Probably a good thing since I have lunch out with family tomorrow and vacation coming up next week.

    @reshii_devi, my first time on Keto I lost 89lbs. I can definitely check, but I don't think I had many days at or below 20g carbs. My high limit was 75-100 grams, but mostly I kept at 25-60 grams of carbs. In reality that could gave been 40-75grams of carbs, because I subtracted the fiber. I think everyone has a carb threshold.

    3/28 ~ 219.2 Something happened Tue night that felt like food poisoning...but I didn't have anything to eat that was suspect, but I felt horrible. Stayed home yesterday, no work out just rested. Didn't get my water in either. Working from home today, still resting (no workout) but will get at least 64 ounces of water in and get some planning done for the rest of the round.
    3/29 218.4 Continued to take it easy yesterday. Today, almost back to normal.

    3/31 ~ 218.4 Worked out Friday and Saturday. Was going to make up one of the days I missed today but decided to enjoy the day. Might go for a walk later if it's not raining. Planned an entire month of meals so I'm ready for April!

    4/5 219.4 - No workout on Thursday and poor planning on my part. They said the surgery would only take 30 minutes, but I forgot about all the prep time before and recovery afterward, and I didn't plan my nutrition or water properly. So that's the tale of the scale. Time for the next round!

    @reshii_devi ~ thanks for asking. Yes, he was in a lot of pain when he came home on Thursday. He still has some pain but he's up and moving around so that's all good stuff!
