I love pork chops, refuse to eat pork belly, dont like pork sausage, like, don't love turkey sausage. Lol0 -
Just a plain taco shell filled with an egg and egg white. Boring but filling. Coffee with oatmeal cookie protein drink. I've been using horchata flavored protein drink. So good!0

I haven't broken my fast yet. When I do around 6PM tonight, it will likely be a pound of ground beef cooked in whatever way is convenient, 3-4 eggs, and maybe some cheese. That will be my food for the day. Quick, easy, and filling.1

Same old--because I like it. Tortilla, egg, egg white. Coffee with protein drink for creamer.

I have a smoothie most mornings:
Frozen strawberries and bananas
Flaxseed
1% milk
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Strawberry Protein Powder

Dunkin bacon, egg, cheese bagel. Coffee with milk0

2 slices Aldi's Specialty Select sourdough bread (1 large slice, 1 small) toasted and topped with a little bit of butter, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and half an avocado topped off everything bagel seasoning.
SO good, high protein and very filling!2 -
Plain oatmeal and a vanilla whey protein shake (2 scoops of whey in water)0

I have egg whites, half an avocado, some type of fruit, sometimes toast with butter or honey, and water. Or I have oatmeal with a banana and walnuts and a glass of water.1
